Professional Development That Transfers To Practice
JBHM Education Group has designed its Professional Development programs to address the specific needs our specialists observe in working within hundreds of schools each year. Our offerings include training for district and school administrators, lead teachers, existing and new teachers. Topics range from “Raising the Level of Rigor in Each Classroom” to “Differentiating Instruction: A Practical Approach.” Sessions are conducted by specialists who work side-by-side with administrators and teachers and have fresh classroom- and school-based experiences to draw from.
Whether conducting an Administrators Institute or Academy for New Teachers, our goal is to ensure that new and enhanced skills are implemented with fidelity once the training has ended. To achieve this goal, our programs are structured to provide an initial training segment and subsequent follow-up sessions for further work on particular issues or questions that may arise during implementation.
